The Foundation operates in the field of culture and arts and implements significant government and infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing, registering, and processing incoming and outgoing official documentation
- Monitoring task execution and deadlines within the government system ijro.gov.uz
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining orders, internal memos, letters, and reports
- Liaising with government authorities and internal departments of the Foundation
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and document management standards
- Organizing, archiving, and storing documents in accordance with established procedures
- Maintaining registers and internal document flow reports
Requirements:
- Higher education in law, records management, public administration, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in document management or records administration
- Practical experience working with the government system ijro.gov.uz
- Knowledge of official document formatting standards in public institutions
- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office and electronic document management systems
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to handle large volumes of information
