Art and Culture Development Foundation under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan is seeking a Project Manager for the Capital Construction Department to support the implementation of major infrastructure and cultural projects.

Job description

The Foundation implements large-scale projects in capital construction, reconstruction, and restoration of cultural and heritage sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing capital construction, reconstruction, and restoration projects for cultural facilities
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction works
  • Liaising with contractors, design bureaus, and government authorities
  • Controlling project timelines, budgets, and quality
  • Preparing and maintaining project and reporting documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, construction standards, and technical regulations
  • Organizing commissioning and handover of completed facilities
  • Participating in the implementation of the Foundation’s key infrastructure and cultural projects

Requirements:

  • Higher education in construction, architecture, engineering, or project management
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Experience working with contractors and government authorities
  • Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage
  • Strong planning, analytical, scheduling, and budgeting skills
  • Responsibility, structured thinking, and ability to work in a team
