The Foundation implements large-scale projects in capital construction, reconstruction, and restoration of cultural and heritage sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing capital construction, reconstruction, and restoration projects for cultural facilities
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction works
- Liaising with contractors, design bureaus, and government authorities
- Controlling project timelines, budgets, and quality
- Preparing and maintaining project and reporting documentation
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, construction standards, and technical regulations
- Organizing commissioning and handover of completed facilities
- Participating in the implementation of the Foundation’s key infrastructure and cultural projects
Requirements:
- Higher education in construction, architecture, engineering, or project management
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction regulations and legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan
- Experience working with contractors and government authorities
- Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian; English is an advantage
- Strong planning, analytical, scheduling, and budgeting skills
- Responsibility, structured thinking, and ability to work in a team
